All notifications, inquiries, reclamations etc. due to an order please
direct in written form per letter, message or e-mail to above address.
1 Applicability
The following regulations are applicable since July 1, 2008, for deliveries by PhantomPoster.com through online orders via the PhantomPoster.com Online-Shop. The costumer’s terms and conditions are not applicable even if not contradicted explicitly.
2 Purchase Order
The online-order of the costumer is a binding offer for transaction upon the ordered goods. Orders are only possible on values
higher than 70 €.
3 Formation of Contract
All offers within the PhantomPoster.com Online-Shop are subject to change. A delivery contract is accomplished not at confirmation of ordering but only with contract confirmation to the costumer by PhantomPoster.com via e-mail.
4 Right of Withdrawal
You may withraw from your contract without any statement of reasons in written form (e.g. e-mail, letters) within the period the allocation of the Download-Link is not yet available. The period starts with the placing of
your order. For compliance of refund period a timely mailing of revocation shall suffice. The revocation is to be addressed
to: PhantomPoster.com, Finkenstr. 4, 48147 Münster, e-mail info@phantomposter.com.
In the event that you
cancel the contract properly, the services received by both parties must be returned.
5 Purchase Price and Payment
All purchase prices are denoted in EURO. Typographical errors and price changes are subject to change. In the case of order you will be informed immediately about any alteration.
If you pay by credit card, the amount shall be debited after you have ordered the goods.

6 Delivery, Condition of Goods
Deliveries will be carried out after reception of the
complete purchase price. We endeavour to provide Download-Links within 3-4 days. In single cases, delays may occur caused by
force majeure. You will find the Download-Link under your customer account until 7 days after allocation. We will inform you
right in time about the point of allocation by e-mail. In special cases the Download-Link can be extended or renewed. For
relevant enquiries please contact info@phantomposter.com.
Deviations of uploaded picture master referring to the shades of colour, the tonal values or the contrast range in relation to the integrated picture are resulting through the adaption to the ambient picture and are technically not avoidable but intended. Possible deviations shall not entitle the Customer to submit complaints on the grounds of defects.
7 Warranty and notification of defects
a. You must notify us in writing of any obvious defects within 10 days after the ending of the download allocation.
b. You may initially choose whether the defect should be rectified or whether a replacement product should be supplied. If the subsequent performance has failed you can demand a lowering of the purchase price (reduction) or declare that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
8 Reservation of title
a. All available pictures on this website, as to that belonging both the delivered to you and the free for download
pictures in the caption 3D Bonus, are succumbing unlimited to the copyright of PhantomPoster.com.
b. The publishing of these pictures in the internet are allowed, as long as the picture resolution wide of 1200 pixels are not exceeded. The resolution restriction does not apply to the offered distortion pictures in the rubric 3D Bonus.
c. You shall not be entitled to manufacture, reproduce or distribute our digital products either of its own accord or by commissioning third parties.
d. You may not offer items for payment from our product range in the internet, whether with a preview or without, save with the prior written consent of PhantomPoster.com.
9 Applicable Law, Competent Court of Jurisdiction
Competent court of jurisdiction
for all obligations of both contractual partners is Münster. For these terms and conditions and for the entire contractual
relations between PhantomPoster.com and the purchaser solely applies the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany. The
UN-agreement on contracts of the international purchase of goods as well as the implementation of further laws, contracts
etc. is excluded. For all business disputes which result from the contract the court of jurisdiction which is in charge of
PhantomPoster.com is solely responsible if the purchaser has no general court of jurisdiction in Germany or his court of
jurisdiction is relocated abroad.
