On this page you can find all the informations about our different payment options. At the moment we offer two different payment solutions. The payment per PayPal takes place through the system of PayPal. With our module "check-bank transfer" the payment is done in advance. Payment in advance - bank transfer A prepayment is done by bank transfer. If you place an order and choose payment in advance, you will receive an automated e-mail with our bank data and your order number. Please note that, depending on the day of the week and processing time of the banks, it can take between 1 to 7 days until we receive the payment. You can assume that the download link will be provided the same day we receive the payment. Attention! To ensure the fastest processing of your order from our side, we would ask you to pay attention to the following guidelines: Please make sure that your first and last name are transfered with the transaction, as well as your order number, which you can find in the e-mail we sent you. If you did not receive the e-mail, you can check your order in "my account" at any time online on PhantomPoster.com. Please enter the exact amount of your invoice. If you pay less or send a bit more, your payment can not be automatically processed and might get delayed. Please transfer the whole sum in one payment. Separate payments would also lead to a longer processing time. Please definately make sure that the costs of your transfer are paid by yourself and not by e.g. another recipient. In many cases a bank transfer from a foreign country outside germany will use a second or third bank in between until the payment reaches us. In this case mostly all entered informations about your name or order number are lost and we have no way of knowing to which order the transfer belongs. With PayPal we receive your payment instantly, so your order can be handled immediately. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you have the option to use all of the common payment methods inside PayPal: Credit cards, giropay or balance payment. More details can be found at www.paypal.com. Ordering and paying is very easily and comfortably done in 3 steps: Put your items in the "shopping cart", click on "checkout" and choose PayPal as "payment option" . Check your order again and confirm it. You will now automatically be linked to PayPal. Log in or create a new account, check and confirm the payment. After your successful payment you will be relinked to PhantomPoster.com, where your order is being completed and made ready for the further processing. Attention!
